To set up the entire arrangement, we need an area measuring 4×4 meters square, preferably in close proximity to a power outlet. We have experience operating in numerous venues across Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, and Nottinghamshire. If you have any uncertainties regarding the space dimensions or the optimal placement for the photo booth, feel free to inquire.
We arrive 2 hours prior to your selected start time for setup. We will coordinate with the venue to confirm timings, and in the case of unfamiliar venues, we ensure there are no access issues.
Each event is unique, with some adhering to earlier timings while others may differ. we suggest start time between 7 pm and 8 pm. If you need an early setup, where the booth is physically in place but remains inactive until your preferred start time, you have the option to include idle hours in your booking
We have comprehensive PAT certificate , and our coverage includes a 5 million public liability insurance. All relevant documents are available for viewing and download once your booking is confirmed through the online portal.

Booking Made Easy
Securing your event has never been simpler! Our easy-to-use booking system allows you to reserve your desired date with just a £100 deposit. This initial payment guarantees the date is held exclusively for you.
After making your deposit, the remaining balance will be due 28 days before your event. You also have the option to pay bits and pieces of your balance. Plus, every booking includes access to our “Manage My Booking” portal
To make things even easier, we offer a downloadable app that puts all your booking details at your fingertips. No need to dig through emails or paperwork – everything you need is just a tap away, making managing your event hassle free.
