"Your Questions, Our Answers"
To set up the entire arrangement, we need an area measuring 3×2 meters square, preferably in close proximity to a power outlet. We have experience operating in numerous venues across Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, and Nottinghamshire. If you have any uncertainties regarding the space dimensions or the optimal placement for the photo booth, feel free to inquire.
We arrive one hour prior to your selected start time for setup, which typically takes around 30 minutes, contingent on venue access. We coordinate with your venue to confirm timings, and in the case of unfamiliar venues, we ensure there are no access issues.
Each event is unique, with some adhering to earlier timings while others may differ. we suggest start time between 7 pm and 8 pm. If you need an early setup, where the booth is physically in place but remains inactive until your preferred start time, you have the option to include idle hours in your booking
We have comprehensive PAT certificate , and our coverage includes a 5 million public liability insurance. All relevant documents are available for viewing and download once your booking is confirmed through the online portal.
Booking made easy
Booking your event has never been easier! With our simple reservation system, you can secure your preferred date with just a £100 deposit. This deposit ensures your chosen date is reserved exclusively for you.
Once your deposit is paid, the remaining balance will be due 28 days before your event. Alternatively, you can make interest-free payments toward your balance at any time.
Every booking includes access to our convenient “Manage My Booking” portal, where you can view and manage all your event details.
For added convenience, our downloadable app keeps all your booking information at your fingertips – no more searching through emails or paperwork. Managing your event has never been this simple!
