To set up the entire arrangement, we need an area measuring 3×3 meters square, preferably in close proximity to a power outlet. We have experience operating in numerous venues across Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, and Nottinghamshire. If you have any uncertainties regarding the space dimensions or the optimal placement , feel free to inquire.
We arrive one hour prior to your selected start time for setup, which typically takes around 1.5 hours, contingent on venue access. We coordinate with your venue to confirm timings, and in the case of unfamiliar venues, we ensure there are no access issues.
Setup will take place in the morning before guests arrive, with collection either at the end of the night or the following morning.
We have comprehensive PAT certificate , and our coverage includes a 5 million public liability insurance. All relevant documents are available for viewing and download once your booking is confirmed through the online portal.

Securing your event has never been simpler! Our easy-to-use booking system allows you to reserve your desired date with just a £100 deposit. This initial payment guarantees the date is held exclusively for you.
After making your deposit, the remaining balance will be due 28 days before your event. Plus, every booking includes access to our “Manage My Booking” portal.
To make things even easier, we offer a downloadable app that puts all your booking details at your fingertips. No need to dig through emails or paperwork—everything you need is just a tap away, making managing your event hassle-free.
