To set up the entire arrangement, we need an area measuring 3×2 meters square, preferably in close proximity to a power outlet. We have experience operating in numerous venues across Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, and Nottinghamshire. If you have any uncertainties regarding the space dimensions or the optimal placement for the photo booth, feel free to inquire.
We arrive one hour prior to your selected start time for setup, which typically takes around 1 hour, contingent on venue access. We coordinate with your venue to confirm timings, and in the case of unfamiliar venues, we ensure there are no access issues.
Each event is unique, with some adhering to earlier timings while others may differ. we suggest start time between 7 pm and 8 pm. If you need an early setup, where the booth is physically in place but remains inactive until your preferred start time, you have the option to include idle hours in your booking
We have comprehensive PAT certificate , and our coverage includes a 5 million public liability insurance. All relevant documents are available for viewing and download once your booking is confirmed through the online portal.
BOOKING MADE EASY
Booking your event has never been easier! With our convenient booking system, you can secure any date with a simple £75 deposit. This initial payment ensures that your preferred date is reserved exclusively for you
Once your deposit is made, the final balance for your event will be due 28 days before your event date. All bookings include a manage my booking portal.
For added convenience, we also offer a downloadable APP. The APP streamlines the process of finding your booking details, making it a breeze to access all the necessary information on the go. No need to search through emails or documents; everything you need is just a tap away.
