Booking made easy
Booking your event has never been easier! With our simple reservation system, you can secure your preferred date with just a £100 deposit. This deposit ensures your chosen date is reserved exclusively for you.
Once your deposit is paid, the remaining balance will be due 28 days before your event. Alternatively, you can make interest-free payments toward your balance at any time.
Every booking includes access to our convenient “Manage My Booking” portal, where you can view and manage all your event details.
For added convenience, our downloadable app keeps all your booking information at your fingertips – no more searching through emails or paperwork. Managing your event has never been this simple!

To set up the entire arrangement, we need an area measuring 1×1 meters square, preferably in close proximity to a power outlet. We have experience operating in numerous venues across Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, and Nottinghamshire. If you have any uncertainties regarding the space dimensions or the optimal placement , feel free to inquire.
We arrive one hour prior to your selected start time for setup, which typically takes around 30 minutes hours, contingent on venue access. We coordinate with your venue to confirm timings, and in the case of unfamiliar venues, we ensure there are no access issues.
For a 6-hour hire, setup will be scheduled at a time of your choosing. For all day hire, setup will be completed before guests arrive, with collection taking place at the end of the night.
We have comprehensive PAT certificate , and our coverage includes a 5 million public liability insurance. All relevant documents are available for viewing and download once your booking is confirmed through the online portal.
