We used their telephone audio guest book for our wedding so that our friends and family could leave us recorded messages to listen to the following day, it was a really lovely addition to the day to be able to hear everyone’s kind words back, how much they enjoyed the wedding and their well wishes for our future! 🤍 We spoke to Aaron who was very helpful & understanding! After our wedding the audio phone accidentally came home in a box with us, however Aaron got in contact and helped us arrange it to be picked up. A lovely lady came to pick the phone up & we had received our voice mails from the phone not long after! - I would highly recommend Magic Images for anything to do with weddings! I purchased the Icon booth for a party and it was fantastic! Every need was catered for with the choice to personal filters, backdrops and text. The attendant on the day was friendly and helpful with the guestbook, even altering the equipment to get a group picture at the end. Customer service throughout organisation was superior with phone calls, email and the app. A full high quality gallery was received aswell as digital prints and guests having the option to send to themselves. Magic Images provided the perfect package for our wedding, a flower wall, neon sign, phone booth audio guestbook and selfie pod. Communication was great, I received more from them than any other supplier, the app was easy to use to make sure I'd done everything I needed to. Our guests absolutely loved the pod, it was in use all night and the photos are great. Everything was done seamlessly without any stress for me and it looked exactly as I'd imagined. A huge thank you to Magic Images for providing an audio guest book and magic mirror for our wedding! Guests loved them both and they were such a great addition to our special day. Special thanks to Aaron for sorting a last minute request to have the telephone dropped off in the morning instead. Also thanks to the two members who set up the magic mirror; I appreciate the vaults is a trickier area in the venue to setup yet they did it with ease. The photo album is a wonderful touch that we will cherish forever. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the audio messages during our mini-moon. Great service, I highly recommend!
